No Selling.  We educate our patients about hair transplants, but we don't sell hair transplants.  If you ask us if you need a hair transplant our answer is "no".  If you want a hair transplant, we would love to help you, but no one needs one. 

No Pressure.  Our patients are never pressured into deciding about a hair transplant.  There should be no hurry in getting a transplant unless you are the one in a  hurry. 

No Harassment.  We will not continue to telephone, e-mail, or snail mail you if you provide us with your address. 

Honesty.  Some hair replacement clinics tell you what you want to hear.  We will tell you what you need to hear.  In fact, we will tell you the truth whether you want to hear it or not.  We would rather lose you as a patient than mislead you or let any unrealistic expectations persist.  

Guaranteed Low Prices.  Feel free to pay 2 to 5 times as much for the same or perhaps inferior procedure.  Many hair replacement clinics use high prices to make patients think they are providing something special. 

Education.  An informed and knowledgeable decision is a good decision.  Because there are so many options and hair replacement clinics, you should be willing to do some homework.  We believe follicular unit transplantation with microscopic dissection is the best choice, but we want you to understand why.  An informative book on hair transplants authored by Dr. Lehr is provided free to all prospective patients.

A Caring Touch.  We pride ourselves on our patient care and comfort.  Every effort is made to make each patient's experience a completely pleasant  one. 

Antibalding Medications.  You are strongly encouraged to start and continue either Propecia or Rogaine whether you decide to have a hair transplant or not, since it is almost always in your long-term best interest.
